Meet The Beech Lane Dental Care Team

I qualified from King’s College London with Honours in 2017. I have recently joined the team at Beech Lane Dental Care after spending several years working as a general and cosmetic dentist in Oxfordshire.  

I have a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and I am a platinum elite Invisalign provider, carrying out over 100 cases a year. Having attended several courses in cosmetic dentistry, this is an area I am particularly interested in including Invisalign, composite bonding and veneers.   

I believe in providing the best possible care to all my patients and pride myself in providing the highest standard of dentistry using cutting edge technology.  

Outside of dentistry, I am an avid gym enthusiast and enjoy watching and playing cricket. I also love travelling.

I qualified from Manchester Dental school in 1993. 

I have been principal dentist at Beech Lane Dental Care since 2008.

I have over 25 years’ experience in helping patients feel relaxed and comfortable.

Having attended many training courses on implants and cosmetic dentistry throughout the world, I have the skills and experience to give my patients the smile they have always wanted, enabling them to smile and eat with confidence.

My main interests in dentistry are dental implants, cosmetic dentistry and endodontics.

I am experienced in the All-on-4 dental implant technique whereby I can restore a patients smile and ability to chew in 1 day.

I am a past chairperson of the Reading Section of the BDA. I am a full member of the British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

I am married to Ritu and we have two children, Niam and Sunay, both teenage boys with whom I spend most of my free time, unless I am hacking my way around a golf course.

Dr Thariq Farook graduated from King's College London in 2020. He offers a range of general dental treatments and has an interest in the surgical aspects of dentistry. He regularly treats nervous patients and is known for his warm and gentle chairside manner. 

Thariq continues to pursue further education to provide the best treatment outcomes for patients by attending various courses. He has recently completed an Implant Training course and provides this specialised treatment for patients. Aside from his passion for dentistry, he is an avid Manchester United football fan and loves to travel. 

lyas is a dedicated and compassionate dentist who combines technical expertise with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. He is known for helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles in a warm and welcoming environment.

After earning a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Bristol University, Ilyas has continued to stay at the forefront of advancements in dental technology and treatments by attending courses and conferences several frequently. Whether it’s restorat ive procedures, cosmetic dentistry, or preventive care, Ilyas is committed to delivering personalised and gentle care that meets each patient’s unique needs.

Ilyas is a firm believer in maintaining a work-life balance, he enjoys playing sports and travelling when not caring for patients.

Nader graduated from the University of Glasgow. Due to his interest in Periodontology, he completed an MClinDent in Periodontology and since 2019 has limited his practice to Periodontology as a Dentist with a Special Interest.

Nader accepts referrals for:

• Consultations and second opinion
• non-surgical  periodontal treatment
• regenerative treatment
• Open flap debridement
• Adjunctive treatment
• peri-mucositis and peri-implantitis

I have been a hygienist since September 1994, and have worked with the Beech Lane team since January 2009. I have known Prash and Ritu for many years prior to this.

My role at the practice is to work with Prash and Ritu to provide dental health care tailored for each patient. This includes gum health, diet advice to prevent dental decay and brushing techniques. My most important role is showing the patient the best way to keep teeth free from plaque and help maintain that healthy smile.

My home life is always busy with the family. To relax I like to go the gym or go for a run. Reading a good book is always a treat.

Sayeda graduated as a dentist from a prestigious university in India. After moving to the UK, she started work as a hygienist and has been part of the beech lane team since January of 2023. She is professionally committed to her patients and provides dental care to maintain their happy smiles. Sayeda is a mum of two girls and enjoys reading and swimming.

I have worked as Prash and Ritu’s dental nurse since 2008 and became practice manager in January 2019 after our previous practice manager, Carol, retired.

I love the new role and I am very proud of the close knit team at Beech Lane – my Beech Lane family. I have two daughters and when not at work am a very busy mum. I enjoy

Natalie has been a member of the Beech Lane team since 2013 and has been a qualified dental nurse since 2004. She has known Prash and Ritu for many years and used to babysit their boys. She enjoys all aspects of her job and especially likes assisting with implants.

She is married to Karl and they have two children. When not working Natalie loves to watch Star Wars and other space odyssey films.

Before joining the Beech Lane team in 2008, Marlene was employed by HM Revenue and Customs for 23 years.

She has two sons and has been married to Kevin for over 35 years.

Marlene loves being part of the Beech Lane team and is proud to welcome new and existing patients to the practice. In her free time, Marlene enjoys long walks in foreign lands, socialising with family and friends and Zumba classes.

Lyndsey joined the Beech Lane family in 2020 after a long career as a receptionist in the leisure sector.

Lyndsey is exceptionally enthusiastic about all aspects of being customer-facing and her commitment to making sure each clients’ needs are put first.

Outside of work, Lyndsey and her young family enjoy going on lots of memory-filled adventures to the seaside & parks, both in the UK and abroad.

Lyndsey has an increasing interest in gardening and she also has a range of exotic animals that include a collection of frogs and tortoises.

Roshan joined Beech Lane as Trainee dental nurse in 2022.He is currently in apprenticeship programme and will finish his course in August 2024.

Roshan comes from Retail Management Background where he worked as Senior Management team for nearly 2 decades.He decided to change his career and joined Dentistry after the covid pandemic when he was highly motivated by the health care staffs.

He has 2 sons aged 7 and 10 and is married to Anuma.
